Power Transmitter has multiple unlock paths in Subnautica 2: use the Scanner to scan Power Transmitter or use the Scanner to scan 2 Thermal Plants or use the Scanner to scan 2 Hydroelectric Turbines. The map below shows verified Power Transmitter locations. After the blueprint unlocks, craft the Power Transmitter at the Builder Tool.
